L'Assenzio La Brune è un assenzio in edizione limitata a 60 bottiglie, sviluppato e prodotto da Stefano Rossoni e ispirato alla tradizione dei Bourbon. Infatti come i Bourbon viene invecchiato in una botte tostata nuova di rovere americano. Questo si discosta dagli altri assenzi invecchiati in botte che solitamente utilizzano botti precedentemente usate per altri spiriti, riusate per l'assenzio o comunque non prodotte con rovere americano.
La Brune è un nuovo progetto quindi non fa parte della linea che include L'Italienne, La Grenouille e La Montagneuse. Le note di rovere americano tostato sono in prima linea, supportate dalla holy trinity di anice, assenzio e finocchio e da note erbacee delicate dalla colorazione mirate a far risaltare le note di botte senza coprirle. Con La Brune Stefano ha voluto creare un assenzio invecchiato in botte estremamente versatile: nonostante si raccomanda di consumarlo diluito con acqua ghiacciata come di consueto per ogni assenzio autentico, La Brune può essere sorseggiato on the rocks come altri assenzi invecchiati in botte o usato nei cocktail al posto del Bourbon per creare delle varianti con un carattere unico.

For the Japan shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination, to Japan we ship a maximum of 6 bottles for a maximum of 10kg including packing.
