The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly limited to customers who are:

- of the legal drinking age in their country of residence
By placing an order, the customer declares full compliance with applicable laws regarding alcohol purchase and importation.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
For orders shipped within Italy, prices are VAT included.
For orders shipped to other countries, the total amount displayed at checkout is calculated based on the destination country and may include:
- applicable VAT
- excise duties (where required)
- shipping costs
The final price is always shown before completing the purchase.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Italy
- all
- European Union countries:
(With the exception of the following countries: Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Hungary) - Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Japan
Orders are subject to technical, legal, and logistical feasibility.
5. VAT, Excise Duties and Import Costs
5.1 European Union
For orders within the European Union:
The final price displayed at checkout may include VAT and excise duties applicable in the destination country.
Due to differences in national regulations on alcohol, taxation, restrictions, and compliance requirements may vary depending on the destination country.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase and import of alcohol is allowed in their country.
5.2 Switzerland and United Kingdom
For orders shipped to Switzerland and the United Kingdom:
The checkout total includes:
- product price
- shipping costs
However, it does NOT include import-related charges, such as:
- import VAT
- customs duties
- excise duties
- clearance fees
- courier handling or brokerage fees
These costs, if applicable, are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
The customer must verify local import laws and restrictions before placing an order.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination country
- weight and volume
- order contents
For Italy:
- free shipping for orders over €80
- standard shipping cost applies below this threshold
For international shipments:
- costs vary depending on destination and are displayed before payment
7. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 CEST (UTC+2) on working days are usually processed the same day or the next working day.
Italy:
- delivery in 24–48 working hours
- up to 72 hours for islands or remote areas
International:
- delivery times are indicative only
- may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, or local regulations
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs clearance
- courier services
- public holidays or strikes
- force majeure events
8. Payment Methods
