Marna Nashira Oxygenated Absinthe comes from the heart of Marna 1809 and is transformed into a very high quality product through an oxygenation process that enhances its aromas, flavors and colors, generating a very high density louche. The Marna distillery has made its techniques such as the famous hot oxygenation, made famous by some vintage distilleries and taken up by a famous absinthe producer of our days, reinterpreting it in a modern key. It uses filtration and clarification techniques derived from molecular cuisine, as well as ultrasound infusion techniques, which physically open the cells to emulsify them with results that would otherwise take months if not years. All this without ever adulterating the product and without shortcuts or artificial essences.
