This recipe is the result of a collaboration between the Aymonier La Semilla Distillery and Le Sauvage, producer of organic chocolate. L'Absinthe L'Aztèque blends the bitterness of cocoa very well with the bitterness of absinthe and harmonizes by balancing all the flavors in an exceptional way, uniting perfectly with the sweetness and roundness of anise.
