It is an absinthe with a lot of body. The combination of green anise and fennel gives it an intense flavor and makes it a soft and balanced drink. This harmony with aniseed reveals the aromas of Artemisia absinthium carefully grown and harvested organically. Anne-Sophie and Arnaud Bourgeois produce 5 versions of the distillate in their organic distillery, located near Pontarlier in the Doubs. In this idyllic setting, they also offer very peaceful accommodation, the distillery cottage.
