Absinthe La Rebelle is an exceptional absinthe, distilled from Jura pomace (chardonnay-savagnin). Fruity, this absinthe is unique because of its base, it has dominant grapes with hints of vanilla, all of which goes perfectly with the highly perfumed absinthe plant from the Aymonier La Semilla Distillery, furthermore the round notes of green anise, combined with coriander, create an incredible bouquet of aromas. All plants used are of high quality and organic. Absinthe La Rebelle is the result of the collaboration between Aymonier and the "Domaine de Cavarodes" association, an agreement created to respect the territory and produce a true absinthe with character, coming from the Jura mountains.
