La Rebelle Déchênée Absinthe is born from the base of the classic Rebelle which is then aged in oak barrels that have previously contained Jaune wine, a type of white wine produced in the Jura region in eastern France. Subsequently it is decanted with a method that evokes the Spanish technique of the Spanish solera. The aging in barrels accentuates its typicality 100% "jurassian”! It can be drunk both in the traditional way and pure as a digestif. Absinthe La Rebelle Déchênée is a fruity and refined distillate!
