Absinthe La Fine 68% is characterized by an intense aroma of organic plants grown by the Bourgeois Distillery and by the limited use of green anise during the distillation process. A product that is difficult to compare with other blanches.

This absinthe will appeal to those looking for a more typical product, in which the bitterness of thewormwood it will be slightly more noticeable. Its alcohol content serves to best preserve its aromas, so we recommend a slightly stronger dilution, i.e. 1 volume of absinthe to 5-7 volumes of water, depending on your convenience.
