Absinthe La Clandestine Blanche Intense "Capriceuse" is for lovers of strong emotions. This absinthe is made with the same recipe as the Clandestine. Its high alcohol content concentrates the essential oils of plants and when you add cold water you will have a louche which will allow the aromas to develop longer during the tasting.
Serve 2cl of Capricieuse and add 10-11cl of very cold water, thus obtaining an absinthe of 11% degrees, as for the Clandestine.
