Absinthe Jade 1901 Absinthe Supérieure by Jade Liqueurs is made by master distiller Ted Breaux. The 1901 Absinthe Supérieure is characterized by an intense and complex aroma, with notes of herbs and spices, and a balanced taste between sweet and bitter. With colors tending towards olive green and hints of anise and fennel. The woody note generated by the barrel aging emerges on the finish. As the name suggests, this particular variety of absinthe is inspired by recipes used in the early 20th century that recall the Belle Époque period. It is produced using wine alcohol and a blend of selected herbs and aged in oak barrels for at least one year before being bottled.
