Absinthe La Lynx is the result of a collaboration between the Aymonier Distilleries and the SFEPM (French Society for the Study and Protection of Mammals). L'Absinthe la Lynx recalls the wild tones of the flora of the Jura undergrowth where the lynx usually hides.
