Absinthe La Clandestine Blanche “Charlotte”
Made with an authentic recipe from 1935, La Clandestine absinthe was one of the first absinthes distilled in Val-de-Travers when "bleue" was legalized on March 1, 2005. This recipe was given to Claude-Alain in 2001 from the nephew of the famous aunt Charlotte who was a "clandestine" distiller known in Couvet. More than ten plants make up the blend, including wormwood grown in Val-de-Travers. Its main characteristics: a Blanche with a fine aromatic balance and a persistent bitterness. Serving 3cl of Clandestine with 11-12cl of very cold water will bring the alcohol content of the absinthe to 11% vol, an ideal value to have a good return of aromas with a slight bitter finish. A glass of Clandestine is equivalent to 14cl of white wine!! Absinthe La Clandestine Blanche Intense “Capriceuse”
Absinthe La Clandestine Blanche Intense "Capriceuse" is for lovers of strong emotions. This absinthe is made with the same recipe as the Clandestine. Its high alcohol content concentrates the essential oils of plants and when you add cold water you will have a louche which will allow the aromas to develop longer during the tasting. Serve 2cl of Capricieuse and add 10-11cl of very cold water, thus obtaining an absinthe of 11% degrees, as for the Clandestine. The difference will be on the finish, excellent for wine lovers, its taste will be much more intense and long-lasting than other absinthes. Produced by Claude Alain in the Artemisia Bugnon distilleries ASSENZIORIGINALE.IT INDICATIONS: ANISE : ★★★☆☆ BITTERNESS : ★★★☆☆ SWEETNESS : ★★☆☆☆ HERBACEOUS HINTS: ★★★★☆ FLORAL HINTS: ★★☆☆☆ COMPLEXITY :★★★☆☆

Absinthe Sans Frontières La Semilla
Absinthe Sans Frontières is the first organic la Bleue from the historic area of Pontarlier, it is based on a recipe from the end of the 1800s. Distilled by the La Semilla farm from wormwood plants grown in their plots at an altitude of 1,100 meters , this absinthe above 72° is an absinthe in which the absinthe plant is fully exalted. It is the result of an ancient recipe. Its clear turbidity denotes an absinthe that is balanced and not overloaded with green anise. Distillation techniques emphasize the quality of the finished product, rather than quantity. This absinthe will surprise the most demanding connoisseurs, the taste of Sans Frontieres resembles that of Swiss Bleues, but with a much spicier note!
