Butterfly absinthe was created from the recipe of American absinthe made in Boston before prohibition in the early 1900s.
It is through the unusual association of an American absinthe enthusiast and our distillery that it has been brought back to life. Effectively, Brian Fernald, of Boston, managed to find a gold mine of documents, including annotated cookbooks. Following these discoveries, he set out to find a distillery to bring this Butterfly absinthe back to life.
Absinthe Butterfly it is characterized by its power and its complex aromatic variety, focused in particular on citrus fruits and spices. We therefore find in particular notes of lemons, tangerines or even mint. If its profile is exotic, it nevertheless leaves a significant place for the Val-de-Travers absinthe plant. An absinthe Swiss-American who has everything to seduce!
Tasting tips:
First, enjoy your sugar-free Butterfly. Then add it if you like. For one dose of absinthe (3cl), add 2 to 5 doses of fresh water.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:
We can ship to the United States, delivery to the USA is guaranteed, if for any reason, you do not receive your order, although you have provided all correct details, we will refund you your money.
Orders to the USA are shipped by Poste Italiane Airmail. Shipping time is usually 10 business days, depending on the final destination, customs clearance time can be up to 2 months, depending on the country of destination. Online tracking is available for all orders, so you always know where your shipment is. You will receive the tracking number automatically via email as soon as your order is shipped. The maximum quantity per order is 4 bottles. Due to complex shipping regulations we are unfortunately not able to ship to the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee.
To order simply add the product to your cart, shipping charges are calculated once you select the destination country (the maximum number of bottles that can be ordered for the united states is 4 per order) In the fiscal code or tax field if not available, enter the date of birth.
Important: Please respect that our shop is only suitable for those who have reached the age of 21 or the legal drinking age of your country of residence. We will not ship to those underage!
