La Montagneuse is the third absinthe from Stefano Rossoni's trilogy inspired by the different Italian landscapes. While L'Italienne was centered around floral notes from rolling hills and flower fields and La Grenouille found its inspiration in the Mediterranean islands, La Montagneuse is dedicated to the Alpine forests of Northern Italy. La Montagneuse features a balsamic profile from a generous dose of Pontarlier wormwood, along with notes of pine forests and a herbaceous background reminiscent of Alpine meadows. The runes around the label represent Stefano Rossoni's name written in the alphabet of the ancient Celts who used to inhabit the areas of Northern Italy where Stefano is from. AMOUNT OF FLAVOUR:
