4. Data retention period and duration of processing

Your personal data will mainly be stored on Oracle NetSuite and Google Cloud servers located in the European Union.

Your Data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with Assenzi originale.it. Following the termination of the relationship, the Data will be kept for a period of 10 years exclusively for the protection of the rights of the Data Controller and for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

With reference to the treatments for marketing purposes indicated in paragraph 2, lett. b), we inform you that the Data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract, barring any revocation of the consent you have given or the exercise of your right to object to the processing.

With reference to the data processed for profiling purposes, we inform you that the Data will be processed for a maximum period of 12 months or for any other period that may be established by law or by provisions of the Guarantor Authority, except for any exercise of your right to opposition to the treatment. After this period or in the event of opposition, the data will be kept if necessary to pursue other purposes or will be definitively cancelled.

With reference to the communication of data to third parties for marketing purposes, we inform you that the data may be communicated until your consent is revoked.

5. Defense in court

Your Data may be used for defense by Assenzi originale.it in court or in the preparatory stages for its eventual establishment.

6. Credit card data

The data relating to your credit card will not be processed by Assenzi originale.it as they are processed and/or stored directly by the banking circuit.
