We can ship to the United States, delivery to the USA is guaranteed, if for any reason, you do not receive your order, although you have provided all correct details, we will refund you your money.

Orders to the USA are shipped by Poste Italiane Airmail. Shipping time is usually 10 business days, depending on the final destination, customs clearance time can be up to 2 months, depending on the country of destination. Online tracking is available for all orders, so you always know where your shipment is. You will receive the tracking number automatically via email as soon as your order is shipped. The maximum quantity per order is 4 bottles. Due to complex shipping regulations we are unfortunately not able to ship to the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee.

Shipping cost from 1 to 4 bottles to USA are 67$.

Important: Please respect that our shop is only suitable for those who have reached the age of 21 or the legal drinking age of your country of residence. We will not ship to those underage! It is your responsibility to ensure that it is legal to import our products (alcohol) to your country. Inform yourself at your local post office about the importation of alcohol!

The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance

If you need to exercise the right of withdrawal on the purchase made, you can still decide to return the item to us within 14 working days of its delivery. (with the exception of the products of the products listed on this page for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law). For more information, see our return policies.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to the purchase of any product on assenzi, with the exception of:

You are also required to return the products to us by following the instructions received via email and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal.

We will refund the price of the item for which the withdrawal has been exercised and, where applicable, the shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided evidence that you have returned it to ., whichever occurs first.

The costs for returning the product are at your expense. If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, we will be able to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

We inform you that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery. For greater security, if the value of the product to be returned is greater than EUR 75, we suggest you return the item to us by sending it with acknowledgment of receipt.

1. Premises and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
These general conditions of contract (hereinafter also "General Conditions") govern the offer by Breaking Booze di Marco Luca Palmizio ECSAS (hereinafter also "Assenzi™") of products on www .assenzi (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site"). The General Conditions must be accepted by the User when registering on the Site, in order to be able to take advantage of the offers formulated therein and to proceed with the purchase of products.
Assenzi™ reserves the right to modify all or part of the General Conditions at any time, notifying Users via the Site with at least 30 days' notice, if the methods of using the products and services offered have changed. Users are therefore required to periodically consult this page, in order to always be informed about the conditions applied. It is understood that the use of the Site following such modifications implies the tacit acceptance of the same.

2. Ownership of the Site - Type of offers
The Site is owned by Breaking Booze di Marco Luca Palmizio ECSAS, with registered office in CESENA, Italy, 47521, Via Anita Garibaldi, 34, Tax Code and VAT number 04645740400. The name "Assenzi" is a registered trademark of Breaking Booze by Marco Luca Palmizio ECSAS. The products on the Site are resold by Assenzi™ directly, also in the form of drop-shipping (hereinafter also "Direct Sale") or by commercial partners (hereinafter also "Partners") of Assenzi originale .it™. Unless otherwise specified on the detail page of the goods, it must be understood that the products are sold directly by Assenzi™. Conversely, in the event of the sale of products by a Partner,™ offers a mere intermediation service (hereinafter also "Intermediate Sale") and operates in the name and on behalf of the Partner, remaining effects unrelated to the relationship, and therefore to the sales contracts stipulated between the User and the Partner himself.
The products can be sold both through a permanent catalog and through "flash-deal" formulas or promotions which provide for the availability of the products subject to quantitative and/or time limits. The product offer relates to the food, spirits and accessories categories (wines, sparkling wines, beers, rums, grappas, other spirits and spirits, coffee, packaged products such as sauces, honey, canned meats and other food products and accessories for the preparation, consumption or storage of food). Following a purchase transaction, Assenzi™ will issue the User with an order confirmation and an indication, in the case of Intermediate Sale, of any Partner who will arrange to ship the goods.

3. Registration on the Site
The Site is aimed exclusively at Users who have reached the age of 18. Navigation and use of the services offered within the Site are made accessible following the registration procedure.
Registration is free. Users who register on the Site will have to provide some personal data and follow all the steps of the procedure (hereinafter also "Complete Registration"). At the time of Complete registration, the User will be asked to choose a Username and Password, which the user undertakes not to transfer even temporarily to third parties and to keep with due care, diligence, and secrecy under his own responsibility, constituting these credentials the only means to identify the User and to validate his access to the offers. The User is therefore informed that all the acts performed through the use of these credentials will be attributed to him and will have binding effect on him.
The User is required to immediately inform Assenzi™ of any unauthorized or improper use of his access credentials or to report any violations by third parties. If Assenzi™ finds violations, it may at its own discretion inhibit access, definitively cancel the information contained therein or refuse the opening of new Accounts by the same User.
At any time, the User may update and/or modify or request the deletion of the information released during the Registration. However, in the event of a cancellation request, Assenzi™ may temporarily keep, in whole or in part, such information, for the sole purpose of executing any purchases made and/or being able to conclude the accounting and tax procedures.
Complete Registration is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products and to access summary information relating to the activities performed by the User on the site (also "Account").
A Partial Registration on the Site is also permitted (hereinafter also "Partial Registration"), by entering only the user's email address. Partial Registration only allows the user to receive the newsletter, and not to proceed with the purchase of products and/or services, or in any case to carry out other operations on the Site.

4.Conditions of the offer
The object of Assenzi™ offers is the purchase of goods at the prices indicated on the Site. Assenzi™ reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the "consumer" in accordance with its commercial policy. In any case, Assenzi™ does not sell alcohol to persons who have not completed the 18th year of age. By sending the orders, the consumer guarantees that the orderer and, if different, the recipient of the goods are both over 18 years of age.
Prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. The shipping costs of the goods can be of a fixed or variable amount, calculated on the basis of the weight, the number of items selected and/or the destination address of the goods. Shipping costs may also be included in the sale price of some items or may be free if the total amount of the order exceeds a certain value or as a result of a specific promotion. In any case, the User is always informed of the amount of the shipping costs before concluding the purchase procedure and making the payment.
The images accompanying the information sheets of a product or an offer may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour, size and accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic information material, therefore not referable to the real characteristics of a single offer.
The validity of the offers may be subject to quantitative or temporal limitations, after which they may no longer be available. The validity date and/or the available quantity of the offers are indicated on the Site in such a way as to allow the User to become aware of them. Assenzi™ may modify the duration or quantity of an offer at any time and at its own discretion, it being understood that it will follow up on orders placed during the validity of a specific offer. An offer may be published several times over time, also following agreements with the Partner or supplier of the goods. In some cases it is possible that the availability of a good ends after the purchase: in these cases Assenzi™, if the conditions are met, will refund the User. it is also possible that for some offers of goods a specific variant is not guaranteed and the User will be asked to specify one or more preferences at the time of purchase: in these circumstances the User is aware that he may receive a different product variant than to the one chosen during the purchase phase.
In the case of promotional sales or through flash-deal formulas as specified above, the full price indicated in the offer ("Barred price") and with respect to which the discount that Assenzi™ applies is calculated may correspond to:
(i) at the retail price indicated by the supplier;
(ii) the results of market surveys.

Assenzi™ may also provide a monthly subscription service ("Servizio In Abbonamento"), i.e. on an ongoing basis and following a request for activation of the service by the User and until such time as the User requests deactivation . The service provides, upon payment by the User of a fee indicated on the Website, the supply and related delivery of absinthe and/or products selected by Assenzi™ at its total discretion from among those listed in the catalogue.
Where provided for on the Website, Assenzi™ may donate a percentage of the total amount of the order placed by the User to charity, allocating it to the entity made known on the Platform from time to time in accordance with the regulations adopted by the latter on the matter of liberal donations. Merely by way of example, Assenzi™ may donate such amounts to research institutions, hospitals, non-profit organizations, etc. In such cases, the User will be able to view the amount that will be donated to charity before concluding the order, on the summary page of the cart.

5. Purchase procedure and payment methods
Having acknowledged the conditions of the offer, the User can conclude the purchase by following the procedure on the Site.
Before finalizing the purchase, a summary will be displayed which will indicate the unit cost of the selected good and the total, in case of purchase of multiple quantities of the same item or of different items. The cost of any shipping, delivery or postal costs can be fixed or variable, calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods, the number of items selected and/or the destination address indicated by the User during the purchase process. Shipping costs may also be included in the sale price of some items or may be free if the total amount of the order exceeds a certain value or as a result of a specific promotion. In any case, the User is always informed of the amount of the shipping costs before concluding the purchase procedure and making the payment. Once the purchase has been completed, the User will have to proceed with the payment, which will be made to Assenzi™, both in the case of Direct Sale and in the case of Intermediate Sale. In the case of Intermediate Sale, Assenzi™ will receive the payment in the name and account of the Partner, thus always remaining extraneous to the relationship between the Partner and the User. Unless otherwise specified on the detail page of the goods, it must in any case be understood that the products are sold directly by Assenzi™.
Following the successful completion of the payment, the User will receive a confirmation email containing the information relating to the offer purchased. The email will also contain a reference to these General Terms and Conditions. The confirmation will contain a summary of the delivery and billing address. The shipment of the goods takes place within the times indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times are also indicated before concluding the purchase procedure in the cart summary or on the product page. This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to predict possible delays due to the courier in charge of delivering to the Customer or other causes due to third parties or force majeure not attributable to™. In the case of timed offers (flash-deals), the goods could be sent to the User after the expiry of the same. In the absence of the confirmation email, the purchase cannot be considered validly concluded. In this case, should the amount of the non-purchase be erroneously charged to the User, the same will be required to promptly notify Assenzi™, by sending an email to supporto@assenzi, in order to allow Assenzi™ to verify the incident and, if necessary, proceed with the refund of the amount paid.
The accepted payment methods, unless otherwise specified or agreed with the User, are: credit card and prepaid cards of the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postepay, American Express, Discover (Diners Club International and Pulse) circuits, with PayPal account and bank transfer. Assenzi™ may, in some or all cases and at its total discretion, offer the alternative method of payment by cash on delivery (cash upon delivery of the goods).
Unless otherwise specified in the terms of the offer, the sums due are charged at the time of payment confirmation. In the case of bank transfer, at the time of order confirmation, the bank details (IBAN), the transfer amount and the order number will be indicated. Payment by bank transfer must be made within any terms indicated and in any case no later than 2 days from the order confirmation, a term beyond which it may not be possible to guarantee delivery of the goods: in this case Assenzi™ will re-credit the sender, without additional costs and by bank transfer, any payment received after the deadline.
In the case of Subscription Service, the User authorizes Assenzi™ to proceed with the periodic debit of the amount on the credit or debit card. In this regard, the User declares and guarantees the availability of the sum necessary for the payment of the consideration.
If the User realizes that he has provided incorrect and/or incomplete information regarding his personal details or the shipping address of the goods, he must communicate it promptly and within the order fulfillment deadlines, by sending an email to assistance@assenzi In all cases, the User is solely responsible for any indication of incorrect and/or incomplete personal details or delivery address, with the consequent possibility of loss of the amount paid if the goods are delivered to strangers.

Transaction security
Assenzi™ is very attentive to the safety of its Users. Assenzi™ does not process and does not store payment title data (eg: credit card numbers), which are processed and/or stored by the relative payment service providers. In fact, the actual payment takes place through protected and encrypted payment data entry fields, served directly by the payment service. Only after the transaction has taken place, the banking service provider notifies Assenzi™ of the outcome of the payment, without providing any sensitive information. For this reason, Assenzi™ has no power over the possible refusal of the credit card used for payment. Assenzi™ cannot therefore be held responsible in any way for direct or indirect consequences deriving from the use of the credit card by the user to pay for the products and/or services purchased.
Browsing on Assenzi™ is protected and encrypted with a "128/256-bit Extended Validation SSL" security certificate, issued by Symantec/DigiCert following a precise and constant process of verifying the authenticity of the company's personal information and of ownership of the domain. It is also possible to verify the authenticity of the certificate and its ownership by clicking in the appropriate protection section of the browser in use, generally next to the address bar, on the title of the page or on the status bar.

Assenzi™ can issue discount codes (hereinafter also "Coupons") that the User can use when purchasing the products. Coupons are issued in the form of an alphanumeric code and their value (in euros) is established unquestionably and at its total discretion by Assenzi™. The Coupon can be entered by the User in the appropriate "Coupon" field when entering the order. The Coupon thus entered will be deducted automatically, and before payment, from the total amount of the order excluding any shipping costs. Coupons with a percentage discount are not applied to products already on promotion. Coupons are generally usable by the user for a limited period of time, after which they will no longer be usable. The Coupon may be subject to a minimum spending amount under which it will not be possible to use it. Unless otherwise specified, the Coupon is personal and linked to the User's Account and can be used for a single purchase, after which it will be automatically invalidated. Coupons are not cumulative. Coupons cannot be sold, assigned and/or transferred to third parties except with the express authorization of Assenzi™. Assenzi™ reserves the right to cancel any Coupon previously issued, even before the expiry date, without having to justify the reason and without the right to indemnity or compensation. Assenzi™ may also issue Coupons to Users who invite acquaintances, friends and family to view the offers on the Site and register on it. To carry out this procedure, the Site provides some functions such as "Recommend to a friend", "Send an offer email", "Share on Facebook", "Twitter", other social networks, etc. For each new guest who purchases an offer within a certain period of time, Assenzi™ will be able to grant the User a Coupon, of a value determined from time to time at the discretion of Assenzi™, to be used on his/her Account for a subsequent purchase. It also reserves the right to eliminate the Coupons issued in favor of users who make improper use of them, without any notice and without the right to indemnity or compensation.

8. Shipping and delivery
Assenzi™ and its possible Partners accept orders for delivery on Italian territory, islands included. The shipment of the goods takes place within the maximum time indicated in the conditions of the offer and, for time-based offers (flash-deal), it could start from the end of the same. The shipment of the goods takes place within the times indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times can also be indicated before concluding the purchase procedure in the cart summary or on the product page. This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to predict any delays due to the courier in charge of delivering to the Customer. In any case Assenzi™, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet, undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 working days from the date of the order and on average deliveries take place within 24/48 working hours throughout Italy with the exception of the islands where average delivery times are 48/72 working hours. In the unlikely event that the goods become unavailable for any reason after receipt of the order, a refund of any payment received will be issued, at no cost to the User. The User can be informed by email of the moment in which the product is shipped from Assenzi™, both in the case of Direct Sale and Intermediate Sale, in the latter case when the Partner notifies Assenzi ™ the successful shipment.
The User will be notified, if available, of the name of the courier and the tracking code of the shipment (waybill or "Tracking"), through which it will be possible to follow its status. This information, if available, will also be visible within the User Account.
It is not possible to guarantee a precise delivery date or time as this depends on the courier, the destination address and the person in charge of the delivery. Assenzi™ cannot therefore be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequence deriving from these times. The delivery of what is ordered is intended, unless otherwise specified during the purchase process, at street level.
In the case of shipping bottles, Assenzi™ uses packaging patented and approved by the courier, designed to guarantee the integrity of the product. In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the User will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping) or that there are no liquid leaks. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be immediately contested by the User, placing a written control reservation (and specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. "Hounded packaging", "Crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier delivery. Once this document has been signed, the User will no longer be able to make any objection regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, by writing an email to: assistance@assenzi
In the event of non-delivery of the goods within the times indicated, the User will be required to notify Assenzi™, which will check the status of the shipment and any anomaly directly with the courier. Following a shipping anomaly (e.g. parcel lost or destroyed during transport), Assenzi™ will re-send the product in the event of Direct Sale, compatibly with the availability of the same in the warehouse or with the Partner, without additional expenses or burdens for the user, or, to fully refund the order in case of Direct sale (directly or through Assenzi™)

9. Guarantee of product conformity
Assenzi™ works diligently and in absolute good faith in selecting suppliers and Partners, verifying their actual suitability to supply the products in the quantities and according to the characteristics described in the purchase offers, it being understood that Assenzi™ cannot be responsible for damages to persons resulting from any infringement by the manufacturers. In any case, Assenzi™ cannot guarantee the completeness of either the content of the information provided by the Supplier or the Partner, nor the perfect correspondence of what is described in the product sheet or the offer with the product actually delivered, as well as the legitimacy of the use by the Supplier or Partner of the images, videos and distinctive signs. The User is also aware that the images used on the proposals can sometimes only be indicative of the product and do not always faithfully represent the delivered product. In the case of Intermediate Sale, and therefore of products supplied directly by a Partner, the latter will be solely responsible for the conformity of the products under warranty. Any complaints must be sent directly to the Partner via email to the address contained in the purchase confirmation and for information also to assistance@assenzi The Partner will provide to indicate the modalities of verification, repair or replacement of the goods, or to authorize Assenzi™ to issue a refund in favor of the User. In the case of Direct Sale, Assenzi™ will be directly responsible for the conformity of the products under warranty. In case of non-compliant products, the User will contact Assenzi™ by sending an email to: assistenza@assenzi Assenzi™ will indicate a repair center suitable for checking and repairing the goods under warranty or, once the anomaly has been directly verified, for the subsequent repair or replacement or for making the refund by crediting back the security originally used for payment or the issue of a Coupon for an amount equal to the amount of the product purchased. In any case, the legal guarantee is reserved for consumers or for persons who have made a purchase on Assenzi™ for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.

10. Withdrawal
The User who requests a service for purposes unrelated to his professional activity has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with Assenzi™ without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within 14 working days pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 52 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, which start from the day of receipt of the product purchased on Assenzi™. The withdrawal may be exercised by the Customer, pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 1 Consumer Code, by sending a communication by letter with return receipt, to Breaking Booze di Marco Luca Palmizio ECSAS,CESENA, Italy, 47521, Via Anita Garibaldi, 34 or by email to the address assistance@Assenzi The letter with return receipt, the email must contain the indication of the product and the order number. The burden of proof relating to the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the procedure indicated above, is borne by the User.
Following the correct exercise of the withdrawal, unless Assenzi™ or the Partner collects the goods directly, the User will have the duty to return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the The User communicated to Assenzi™ or to the Partner his decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 54, ch. 4. The User must visibly apply, on the packaging, the document received from Assenzi™ following the above communication of withdrawal, in which the shipping address and the necessary order details are already indicated to identify the return at its destination. The User is advised to insert a copy of this document also inside the packaging, in order to avoid loss or the impossibility of identifying the return once it has arrived in the warehouse. The relative shipping costs of the goods will be borne by the User, except in the case in which Assenzi™ has not informed the same in this regard when concluding the contract, in accordance with art. 57 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code.
The goods must in any case be kept, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all their parts, accompanied by all accessories and leaflets, identification tags and original labels, where present, still attached to the goods and intact and not tampered with, as well as perfectly suitable for their intended use and free from signs of wear or dirt.
As foreseen by the art. 57 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, the User is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good itself. In this case Assenzi™, upon written communication to be sent to the User within 5 working days from receipt of the goods, may reduce the amount of the refund based on this decrease in value, providing the same, in the event that the refund has already been paid, the bank details for the payment of the amount due by the User due to the decrease in the value of the asset.
Assenzi™ may refuse to accept a withdrawal for food products that have been consumed, even partially. Pursuant to art. 59 of the aforementioned Consumer Code, goods made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid alteration or deterioration, are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In any case, it is understood that, with reference to the provision of services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the User after the complete supply of the products by Assenzi™ if the supply itself began with the express agreement of the The User has agreed to lose the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the service by Assenzi™.
In any case, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, goods made to measure or customized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid alteration or deterioration are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal.

12. Refunds
Any disbursement of sums by way of reimbursement by Assenzi™, if due, will take place pursuant to article 56 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code in the shortest time possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the event that gave rise to the refund occurred and in the event of withdrawal, from the day on which the User became aware of the relative exercise.
